I’m parent to 3 boys, and have been an NCT antenatal teacher and baby massage practitioner since 2016. The baby massage classes I attended with my two older children gave me lots of confidence in handling, soothing and comforting them, and really strengthened the bond between us – they still enjoy massage as they approach tween-age. After a seven-year gap, my third son was born just before lockdown, so I appreciate on a personal level how important it is for parents to spend some uninterrupted quality time with their baby, and have the opportunity to share experiences with others at a similar stage in life. A baby massage class provides this space in a supportive and inclusive environment, whether in person or via an online platform.
I teach in North London.

I qualified as an NCT antenatal practitioner in 2011 a couple of years after the birth of my third baby (I’m very grateful to have two sons and a daughter). I am also a 200h Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher with Sampoorna Yoga, Goa.
I absolutely love working with women and their families and find that yoga offers so many benefits, it’s an absolute pleasure to teach. I often have women returning to my classes either for mum and baby yoga or when they are pregnant again!

Hi ! I am Peggy, I am originally from France. I later on landed in England after living in Tanzania.
When I was pregnant with my first son, I discovered a world that became my passion: motherhood, and especially supporting women through their mothering journey.
I met many women who inspired me to pass on wisdom and knowledge. I hope i am able to bring a little more calm to the life of anxious, tired and often lonely mums.
I started training with the NCT in 2009 as a Postnatal Practitioner and have since grown even more, discovering new skills to pass on to the mums I support. I trained as a babywearing consultant, antenatal teacher and more recently as a Yoga teacher specialising in Yoga for pregnancy.
I love meeting pregnant women and seeing them grow as mothers.
There is no one way to be a mother, but I hope that by sharing this journey with you I can bring some calm for you to travel through and find YOUR own way.

I qualified as an NCT antenatal practitioner in 2013, 3 years after my 3rd daughter was born, and then trained to teach Yoga for Pregnancy and Mother & Baby Yoga in the following years. I love working with parents-to-be and new parents at the exciting time in their lives, and particularly enjoy how the combination of yoga for pregnancy and mother & baby yoga allows me to build a relationship over many months - and sometimes several babies! Yoga is also brilliant and helping to focus on the body, and away from the head - so important for birth, and for life generally.
I live in Twickenham, and as well as parenting my 3 children, I volunteer locally with the NCT, and have also been involved with my local Maternity Voices Partnership for several years, complimenting the work that I do to directly support parents.

I am a qualified and experienced NCT practitioner based in the Midlands and have been supporting parents through antenatal and hypno-birthing classes since 2009. I trained with the NCT in 2014 to offer baby massage classes and absolutely love it. It is such a privilege to support new parents and I love seeing how the babies grow and develop throughout each course. I find that baby massage provides a lovely way for parents and carers to get to know their little one and to spend focussed time interacting with them. I am currently offering classes via zoom for individuals or groups and hope to return to face to face classes too eventually.
