A nurturing yoga class for mothers. With a focus on breathing and poses to strengthen your body after the birth of your baby and help you to feel refreshed. and relaxed.
Perinatal Yoga
Mondays 8-9pm
This class is suitable for pregnant women from 12 weeks, and also for postnatal women (from 6 weeks post birth).
'Stretch and Relax'
Tuesdays 6.30-7.30pm
This class is suitable for pregnant women from 12 weeks, and also for postnatal women (from 6 weeks post birth).
Perinatal Yoga
Thursdays 12.30 - 1.30pm
Perinatal Yoga is suitable for women from 12 weeks pregnant and six weeks postnatal. The sessions include breathing practices, yoga postures and relaxation, beneficial for women approaching childbirth or recovering after the birth of their babies. The sessions are enjoyable and relaxing, and are designed to improve your physical and emotional well-being.
