Who we are

 The Birth & Beyond Collective is a group of NCT trained yoga for pregnancy, mother & baby yoga and baby massage teachers. 

We are highly passionate and committed to delivering high quality classes for pregnant women and new mums and babies.

Our teachers are scattered across the country so you might like to look for a teacher local to you or alternatively there may be an online class that suits your timings better.  

Teachers are trained to Level 5 university standard, most in conjunction with the University of Worcester and all have their own insurance. 

Teachers are highly experienced in adapting needs to the women in their class, whether that’s a common ailment or a disability.  

If for any reason you find yourself in financial hardship, please feel free to contact teachers in confidence as many are more than willing to offer discounts to those in need.
