I qualified as an NCT Antenatal teacher in 2016 and have since trained to teach Baby Massage, Mother and Baby Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga. I really enjoy working with women and their families, helping them to create the time and space to relax, stretch and sing with their babies in the classes. I have 3 children and live in South Northants.

Gillian began her journey with the NCT in 2013. She runs Yoga for Pregnancy, Mother and Baby Yoga and Baby Massage in the Torbay area (or Torbaydos on the English Riviera in Devon ). Currently all sessions are being run online and parents are still finding this a valuable way to connect with others and share experiences.

I qualified as a National Childbirth Trust (NCT) Antenatal Teacher in 2008 and and subsequently took further training in Yoga for Pregnancy and Mother & Baby Yoga, now teaching in Stroud and Nailsworth. I have practised yoga all my adult life and naturally turned to it during each of my own pregnancies: I am passionate about the benefits of yoga in pregnancy, for childbirth and beyond. I continue to teach antenatal courses for the NCT and occasionally couples' Yoga Birth Workshops. In 2018-19 I completed the Nurturing Birth doula training course and now offer birth and postnatal doula services as well.
I am a newly-qualified NCT Antenatal practitioner and my love of yoga guided me naturally towards qualifying as a Yoga and Baby Massage practitioner too. I am passionate about the benefits of yoga throughout pregnancy and parenthood and this year I started MindBabySoul, offering yoga and baby massage classes in Cheshire West and Chester.

I started my journey into antenatal work after the birth of my eldest son, joining the local National Childbirth Trust committee group and then starting my training for a diploma in Antenatal Education a few years later. I have been teaching antenatal courses since 2012 alongside my full-time teaching job.
In 2013 I decided to undertake further training through the NCT to teach Relax, Stretch and Breathe classes. In 2018 I converted this into a Yoga for Pregnancy qualification undertaking further training to develop my understanding of the practice and philosophy of yoga.
I have also trained to teach baby massage and I am a Master NLP birthing practitioner, as well as having regular CPD developing my knowledge around birth and parenting.
I fully believe that being able to make informed choices around labour and birth has a positive impact on the experience, but more importantly women trusting what their body is doing and believing in its ability to birth.
After the birth of my first son in 2007 I decided I would take a career change from advertising and went back to uni to qualify as an NCT antenatal practitioner. I love my work with the NCT as I work alongside some inspiring women - both colleagues and pregnant women alike. I am lucky enough to have 3 gorgeous children, 2 boys and a girl and my NCT work fits around our family life. Back to Uni in 2015 to add baby massage to the support I can offer to new mums, which is the best job in the world. I am a sling library co-ordinator and host a regular sling meet in my local town. I have recently added Yoga for Pregnancy and Mum and Baby Yoga to my portfolio.
It's such a privilege to support women at this momentous time in their lives.
My classes run in Bedfordshire concentrated in Ampthill, Bedford and Dunstable.

Hi, I am Casey. I worked for almost 20 years in the motor trade, but after attending an NCT antenatal course and becoming hugely inspired I decided not to return after maternity leave. Instead, I went back to University and re-trained as an NCT antenatal teacher, and Baby Massage, Mother & Baby Yoga and Yoga for Pregnancy practitioner!
I love seeing the bond that often forms with my clients during the fun and informative classes I run, whether they are in person sessions or run online.
I live in Woldingham with my husband Danny, our two children, dog, cat and two chickens!
I teach in Woldingham, near Caterham/Oxted, Surrey

I qualified as an NCT antenatal practitioner in 2013 and an NCT baby massage teacher in 2016, both accredited by the University of Worcester. I also sit on Bucks Maternity Voices Partnership as a volunteer working closely with the maternity team at Bucks NHS Trust. Over the years I have done a lot of volunteering with the local NCT branch including setting up Bumps and Babies in Beaconsfield and many Nearly New Sales.
I love working with parents on their journey at the start of parenthood.
Hello I’m Gemma and I trained with NCT as an Antenatal Teacher, moving on to become both a Pregnancy and Mother & Baby Yoga teacher through the NCT University of Worcester courses soon after.
I’m passionate about supporting women’s health however they birth and work hard to empower the women I meet though my practice.
Yoga has really improved my own quality of life so I love seeing the difference it makes to other people’s lives too.
