I’m parent to 3 boys, and have been an NCT antenatal teacher and baby massage practitioner since 2016. The baby massage classes I attended with my two older children gave me lots of confidence in handling, soothing and comforting them, and really strengthened the bond between us – they still enjoy massage as they approach tween-age. After a seven-year gap, my third son was born just before lockdown, so I appreciate on a personal level how important it is for parents to spend some uninterrupted quality time with their baby, and have the opportunity to share experiences with others at a similar stage in life. A baby massage class provides this space in a supportive and inclusive environment, whether in person or via an online platform.
I qualified as an NCT antenatal practitioner in 2011 a couple of years after the birth of my third baby (I’m very grateful to have two sons and a daughter). I subsequently trained as a doula (2013), yoga for pregnancy (2015) and mum and baby yoga teacher (2017) all with NCT and accredited by the University of Worcester. I am also a 200h Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher with Sampoorna Yoga, Goa.
I absolutely love working with women and their families and find that yoga offers so many benefits, it’s an absolute pleasure to teach. I often have women returning to my classes either for mum and baby yoga or when they are pregnant again!
I teach in the Tonbridge area.

I have lived on the island of Guernsey for most my life and have been in the birth world since 2003 when I began training with The NCT as an antenatal Teacher..
I am also a Hypnobirthing teacher, Active Birth teacher and Birth Doula and facilitate Pregnancy Yoga and Mother & Baby yoga classes here in Guernsey.
I’m a Baby Massage Instructor (2016) and a Breastfeeding Counsellor (1996) on the Infant Feeding line. I run courses in the Kingston area.
I have an Early Years background (PGCE,MA) and experience teaching 3-7 year olds with a specialism in supporting bilingual learners.
Baby massage provides connection and bonding through touch, where both giver and receiver of massage can benefit.
My courses focus on the importance of calmness, relaxation, focus and uninterrupted time between baby and parent. Learning a sequence of movements can develop confidence and build relationships, using talk, singing and rhymes.
I teach in the Kingston area and offer private courses; 1:1s and groups.
Baby Massage.
I qualified as a NCT Antenatal Practitioner in 2005 and as a Yoga for Pregnancy Practitioner in 2013. I’ve been practising yoga since my early 20s and passionate about the benefits of yoga during pregnancy, childbirth and beyond. Working with women through this time is a privilege and truly rewarding.
Caroline Elly has worked as a nct postnatal practitioner since 2004. She started teaching mum and baby yoga in 2013. Caroline loves working with new mums, helping them to relax, restore and add to their nursery rhyme repertoire. She lives in Oxfordshire with her husband and 3 kids.
I qualified as an NCT antenatal practitioner in 2013, 3 years after my 3rd daughter was born, and then trained to teach Yoga for Pregnancy and Mother & Baby Yoga in the following years. I love working with parents-to-be and new parents at the exciting time in their lives, and particularly enjoy how the combination of yoga for pregnancy and mother & baby yoga allows me to build a relationship over many months - and sometimes several babies! Yoga is also brilliant and helping to focus on the body, and away from the head - so important for birth, and for life generally.
I live in Twickenham, and as well as parenting my 3 children, I volunteer locally with the NCT, and have also been involved with my local Maternity Voices Partnership for several years, complimenting the work that I do to directly support parents.
My name is Hazel Garner and first and foremost I’m a mum of two. Career wise, I have around 30 years experience of working with parents and children, first in tpostnatal practitioner and 3 years ago, I trained with the NCT to teach baby massage. I have also since undertaken more baby massage training with Peter Walker. As a qualified baby massage instructor, I’ve taught with both the NCT and Busylizzy.
When my son was born in 2001 followed closely by my daughter in 2002, I become a postnatal doula 'supporting mothers to mother their baby’ when my children started school.
In 2014 I retrained with NCT to become an antenatal practitioner and enjoyed learning so much I continued my training to become a baby massage instructor and yoga teacher for both pregnancy and mother & baby through NCT.
My studying days are not yet over as I continue learning today doing a ‘gentle sleep education’ course for babies and young children. I really enjoy my work supporting women from pregnancy through to transitioning into parenthood and following months and years.
I teach in Winchester, Hampshire.
