I started my training as an NCT Antenatal Teacher back in 2003 after the birth of my second child, and completed after the birth of my 3rd! I enjoyed gaining the NCT Pregnancy Relax, Stretch & Breathe qualification (Yoga-based) in 2015 which I have taught ever since; adding to that training with a Pre and Postnatal Pilates qualification from FutureFit in 2019. I love supporting pregnant women with these classes; providing friendship with other pregnant mums, emotional and physical preparation for labour and birth, and easing of common pregnancy aches and niggles.
I teach in Ruislip, Middlesex

I’m Sally Stuchfield I work and live in Solihull, I'm an NCT Antenatal teacher of 12 years, I love yoga, I teach Pregnancy yoga, Mother and baby yoga and Mummy yoga I'm so lucky to meet and spend time with such inspirational women. I absolutely love family time, we are an active family my two girls play cricket, we sail and paddle board which my dog hates and my husband tolerates but we secretly think he loves.
I love working with parents as they adjust to the massive life change that happens when a baby comes into your life. My yoga classes will help you look after yourself and your body after pregnancy and birth. I hope they also provide a safe place where mothers can get to know each other, share some of the day to day challenges and joys of living with a baby, and start to build a support network which will help you approach early parenthood with more confidence.
I have worked with mothers of babies since I ran my first NCT Early Days postnatal discussion course back in 2009, after spending a few years working with NCT as a branch volunteer and committee member. I went on to train to run NCT Relax and Stretch with Baby classes in 2012, and at the same time discovered a yoga practice for myself which has since become an integral part of my life.
My interest in pregnancy and birth began following the birth of my son in 1989. I became an NCT antenatal teacher in 1995 and ran courses for over 20 years. In 1999 I became an assessor with NCT and in 2010 a tutor on the University of Bedfordshire (and now University of Worcester) NCT training courses. In 2006 I trained as an NCT Yoga for Pregnancy teacher, a few years later I trained as a hypnobirthing practitioner with Natal Hypnotherapy and in 2015 added Mother and Baby Yoga to my work with NCT and Postnatal Yoga with Birthlight. In 2020 I finished my Well Woman Yoga training with Birthlight and now work with women across all ages to support them towards optimum health and well-being through yoga practices.
I love to see women work intuitively, trusting their bodies, whatever age they are. It is truly a privilege.
I teach in Wiltshire.

• Becoming more confident in handling their child and better at recognising
their needs.

baby.

• Meeting other parents in those early days and sharing experiences.
I run the sessions either at your home, or in a local Chichester venue.
