I’m Mairead Rawal and I live in Epsom with my family. Having volunteered with NCT for a number of years, when my children were little, I decided to train as an Antenatal and Postnatal teacher and also complete my qualification in baby massage.
I love supporting new families through pregnancy, birth and the early days of parenting. I love running my baby massage classes, giving parents the chance to learn new skills that enhance bonding and connection, promote a calm and soothing experience for both parent and baby, as well as physical benefits such as helping with digestive issues and improving muscle tone. It’s also a lovely safe space for getting to know other parents and sharing experiences.
I teach in Ashtead and Epsom, and surrounding areas and offer both group and private classes in Baby Massage.
I started my training as an NCT Antenatal Teacher back in 2003 after the birth of my second child, and completed after the birth of my 3rd! I enjoyed gaining the NCT Pregnancy Relax, Stretch & Breathe qualification (Yoga-based) in 2015 which I have taught ever since; adding to that training with a Pre and Postnatal Pilates qualification from FutureFit in 2019. I love supporting pregnant women with these classes; providing friendship with other pregnant mums, emotional and physical preparation for labour and birth, and easing of common pregnancy aches and niggles.
I teach in Ruislip, Middlesex
I have been providing antenatal and postnatal support for families in Edinburgh for over 8 years. I am a busy mum to 3 boys and started working with new parents after my third child was born facilitating NCT antenatal classes. I trained as a baby massage facilitator with the NCT 4 years ago and have been running baby massage classes alongside my antenatal classes
During the pandemic I have been running my courses online and find them a great support for new parents when it is difficult to get out and meet people. My classes are fun, informative and friendly and provide a lovely opportunity for relaxing and spending time with your baby.
I teach in Edinburgh.

I love working with parents as they adjust to the massive life change that happens when a baby comes into your life. My yoga classes will help you look after yourself and your body after pregnancy and birth. I hope they also provide a safe place where mothers can get to know each other, share some of the day to day challenges and joys of living with a baby, and start to build a support network which will help you approach early parenthood with more confidence.
I have worked with mothers of babies since I ran my first NCT Early Days postnatal discussion course back in 2009, after spending a few years working with NCT as a branch volunteer and committee member. I went on to train to run NCT Relax and Stretch with Baby classes in 2012, and at the same time discovered a yoga practice for myself which has since become an integral part of my life.
I teach in Guildford, Ash and Liss.
Mother and Baby Yoga.
My interest in pregnancy and birth began following the birth of my son in 1989. I became an NCT antenatal teacher in 1995 and ran courses for over 20 years. In 1999 I became an assessor with NCT and in 2010 a tutor on the University of Bedfordshire (and now University of Worcester) NCT training courses. In 2006 I trained as an NCT Yoga for Pregnancy teacher, a few years later I trained as a hypnobirthing practitioner with Natal Hypnotherapy and in 2015 added Mother and Baby Yoga to my work with NCT and Postnatal Yoga with Birthlight. In 2020 I finished my Well Woman Yoga training with Birthlight and now work with women across all ages to support them towards optimum health and well-being through yoga practices.
I love to see women work intuitively, trusting their bodies, whatever age they are. It is truly a privilege.
