Learn some massage movements to help calm and relax your baby

A lovely way to bond and connect

Suitable for babies from 6-8 weeks to crawling.

Meet and interact with other parents with babies of a similar age whilst learning how to provide your baby with all the benefits massage can give.

 I am happy to organise baby massage courses to fit in with a time suitable for you. It is a lovely activity for an antenatal group of parents or a group of mums to do together. Otherwise you can join my own course on various days & times - see website for more information. Baby massage is a lovely way to develop your bond with your baby which can help to calm him/her and be very relaxing for the mother. Each week we will add onto the massage sequence so by week 5 you will have practiced the whole sequence with your baby.

Using technology in your own home you can join a group both locally and with new parents from all over the country.  Baby massage works really well on-line and takes the stress away from trying to leave the house on time with a young baby (never easy!) 

I offer courses for 1-to-1s, group bookings, or you can join a scheduled group.

Come along to our 4 week baby massage course and learn to massage your baby from top to toe. Classes are fun, informative and friendly – spend some lovely time with your baby, learn a new skill and also meet other parents

Fridays 10.15am - 11.15am and 11.45am - 12.45pm

Relax, have fun and spend quality 1:1 time with your little one by learning baby massage on a 5 week course.

Meet other new parents at a similar stage in a small group.

Discuss relevant postnatal issues such as baby states, teething, play and relationships.
