Mother and Baby Yoga
Gentle yoga-based exercises for both you and your baby to do together. Suitable for women following the 6-8 week postnatal check up till your baby is walking.
The class has a fun and relaxed atmosphere. We play music, sing, and allow time for you and your baby to bond, enhancing your understanding of your baby.

Birthlight Mum & Baby Yoga uses original sets of yoga practices that are uniquely suited to help you regain your core-strength, emotional well-being and overall fitness after birth by restoring tone to the deep muscles of the pelvis, abdomen and lower back.
Babies are included in these classes with ‘active bonding’ in age appropriate ways during the early weeks and months.
Mother & Baby Yoga
This class is suitable from after your postnatal check (usually 6-8 weeks) onwards. Join with your baby, or by yourself if you prefer.

Classes for mothers and babies from postnatal check (at about 6-8 weeks) up to 1 year. The classes are for you both to enjoy with some singing and movement to keep baby engaged and entertained, while you have a chance to stretch and rebuild your strength after birth, plus some relaxation time.

Postnatal yoga with your baby uses movement, breath and relaxation to allow you to reconnect with your body after pregnancy and birth and bond with your baby. It is not a typical exercise class so no previous experience or level of fitness required!

Mum and Baby Yoga
Mother & Baby Yoga is a joyful and calm session enabling women to bond with their babies and each other whilst strengthening and recovering following childbirth. The class is suitable for women from six weeks postnatal, and babies up until they are crawling. It’s run in blocks of five weeks at a time, but you’re welcome to come to more than one ‘term’. All exercises can be adapted or extended depending on your baby’s age and your personal needs.
