Gentle yoga-based exercises for both you and your baby to do together. Suitable for women following the 6-8 week postnatal check up till your baby is walking.
The class has a fun and relaxed atmosphere. We play music, sing, and allow time for you and your baby to bond, enhancing your understanding of your baby.

Birthlight Mum & Baby Yoga uses original sets of yoga practices that are uniquely suited to help you regain your core-strength, emotional well-being and overall fitness after birth by restoring tone to the deep muscles of the pelvis, abdomen and lower back.
Babies are included in these classes with ‘active bonding’ in age appropriate ways during the early weeks and months.

The class is very gentle yoga for both Mum and baby...with a bit of singing nursery rhymes for the babies. It's very beginner friendly and fun!

Classes for mothers and babies from postnatal check (at about 6-8 weeks) up to 1 year. The classes are for you both to enjoy with some singing and movement to keep baby engaged and entertained, while you have a chance to stretch and rebuild your strength after birth, plus some relaxation time.

Classes are suitable from when you’ve had your 6-8 week postnatal check until your baby is too mobile to cope with! You are welcome to attend even if your baby is asleep and if you have an older child who’d like to sing along that’s fine too.

The mother and baby yoga classes follow on from pregnancy yoga. You can attend from 8 weeks post birth. The aim of the classes is to regain your core stability, pelvic floor and gently stretch. The classes also include nursery rhymes, some tummy time for your little one and gentle play. The classes are a great way to exercise, stretch and spend quality time with your little one.

Mums usually join from 6 weeks onwards with their baby. The class includes a relaxation, gentle yoga-based exercises for the mum interspersed with stretches and nursery rhymes for your baby and ending with time to get to know the other mums in the group.

A gentle class incorporating relaxation, breathing, movement and stretching to boost mental and physical well-being. The exercises are designed to be done with your baby so you are bonding with them while getting fitter.

6 week course
Postnatal yoga with your baby uses movement, breath and relaxation to allow you to reconnect with your body after pregnancy and birth and bond with your baby. It is not a typical exercise class so no previous experience or level of fitness required!
