This class is suitable for pregnant women from 12 weeks to birth.
Yoga for pregnancy
Mondays 7.30-8.45pm
Do some lovely stretches and work to soothe aches and pains commonly associated with pregnancy. In the class you will also prepare for labour doing breathing exercises to help work through contractions and then at the end have some wonderful wind down time for just you and bump and if you wish.
As always at the end of each session we have time for a biscuit, a drink and free time for mum chat. We offer a safe space for mums to catch up with friends, make new ones or discuss more pressing matters that may be playing on their minds.

A 6 week course of yoga especially for pregnancy. Prenatal yoga helps balance the body and mind using a mixture of postures and breathing exercises. It can help improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, helps to strengthen and improve flexibility in muscles used for carrying the unborn baby as well as endurance muscles used in labour.

An evening online class for pregnant mums to carve out time to rest and bond with their baby ahead of birth.
Enjoy gentle, effective Pilates exercises and Yoga-based stretches to soothe aches and pains; strengthen for birth; and relax.
This type of exercise can be helpful to ease mild to moderate anxiety and depression too.
Breathing, visualisation and positions for labour and birth are practiced each class in a simple, straightforward and easy to follow way, flowing seamlessly with the class.
