All our teachers work as individual practitioners under the Birth and Beyond Collective banner.
Yoga can benefit pregnant women in lots of different ways. Staying active through light exercise does your body and baby good, and Yoga for Pregnancy offers special benefits. Relax, sleep better,
soothe aches and pains, and feel more positive.
Our Yoga for Pregnancy teachers have been given special training in physical skills for labour. We focus on physical learning and helping you to connect with your body and baby. From deep breathing to different positions, you’ll feel more confident about giving birth.
Mother and Baby yoga strengthens and tones your muscles. We’ll focus specially on the muscles affected by giving birth – your tummy, pelvic floor and back. Yoga can also improve sleep, help you relax and improve your fitness and posture.
Our Mother and Baby yoga offers lots of benefits to your baby – from calming and relaxing them, to helping their reflexes develop. It can improve their awareness of their surroundings, and even make your bond stronger.
Baby massage is a lovely way to strengthen the bond between you and your baby. Parents, grandparents and anyone else caring for your baby can use baby massage to put your baby at ease. It’s a great way to build confidence about getting hands-on with your little one.
Baby massage can help soothe your baby’s tummy troubles, help their bowels and reduce trapped wind. It can also soothe and relax babies, and some parents report that it helps their baby sleep.
Birth and Beyond Collective do not accept responsibility for individual practitioners. Should class attendees have any concerns about a class, these will need to be raised with the practitioner directly.
